Lily was once a dim dragon. Trapped in a place for what seemed like an endless amount of time with nothing to her name. She was not allowed any freedom to be who she wanted to be. She was left to rot in a small cell for the rest of her life. All she could do was quietly whisper to the dragon in the cell next to hers. The dragon next to her was a large Imperial named Tourant. He and Lily were so close they could be considered family. A terrible snake-like monster had been keeping Lily and many other dragons locked away. The monster had no love in its heart so it stole the love and joy from the dragons it captured. Every day when the wretched monster that had kept them prisoner went to sleep they thought of ways to escape.
Dedicated to my favorite cat Lily. I hope you will return someday.
