Magnus, Necromancer of the Plague Outskirts. For a very high price, he will raise dragons from the dead. What his clients do not know is that they are merely puppets that will soon rot. Magnus collects information and treasures through their eyes and hands, having his puppets bring any treasures to him at night. Magnus is a bit of a con-artist. The dragons he claims to resurrect are nothing more than empty bodies. After a short while, they will rot, still continuing to act as Magnus's magic intended them to. When the body rots too much to move the magic wears off. Magnus lives alone in a traveling sales wagon.

He is very fascinated in the Arcane Flight. He wishes to learn more than his plague and death related powers can give to him. He offers a lower resurrection price to dragons from the Arcane Flight, as he wishes to learn more with his prying dead eyes. He can see everything the rotting puppets he commands see..

When Magnus uses his powers, his red eyes become a pale frosty white.
