"Through the magic of Toon World, I present to you Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon!"
ToonDragon, AKA Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon is not actually a dragon at all, but a Duel Monster from the realm of Yu-Gi-Oh!, who had wandered into this world while someone was trying to use her Duel Monster card in a duel, which malfunctioned, causing the cute little creature to be tossed about and transformed into an Unaligned fae dragon on Flight Rising. She cannot speak or understand dragonise of any species, and rather tries to speak with the random babbling she was born with in the world. ToonDragon also always keeps a strange book unlike any in this realm that reads “Toon World” on the front of it, and has cartoonish drawings of a castle on the front, and odd creatures on the front and back of the book. ToonDragon needs the book to stay within this realm, and is very protective of it, and will do anything to keep thieves or any other dragons from stealing it.
