Lead weapons engineer aboard the Icescale. Gave himself That title. He's rather full of himself and vain, as well as being markedly brutal and strict in his ways of instruction and management. The gilded speargun he carries around with him near always doesn't soften that impression much, either.

After discovering that the Icescale was a Sentient, he dedicated himself to studying Sentient-class ships, and returning the ship's "skeleton crew", held in stasis within its' walls to their former glory by manufacturing bodies for them and allowing them once again to take up their roles aboard the ship.

He... may be a small bit in love with the ship herself. Don't worry about it.
