You ever heard of a fuzzy creature that sleeps in a hollow trees most of the day, creates a soft breeze wherever he goes and likes to play on an ocarina?
That's Tenebrae. At least he is a blessing for any egg that is in danger of being left out in the cold.
He doesn't do much else, really. Not that we know of. But Lumen says Tenebrae is the most inspiring being he ever encountered.

In secret, Tenebrae is a sleep wanderer, using obscure magic to feel out and search different planes of existence, convinced to find his long-lost love once again. Convinced that she, too, is searching, if not waiting for him. Convinced, that she is out there, reincarnated, reborn, perhaps just the same as before, but simply a lost soul on another planet, in another dimension. All he has to do is find her, and nothing else appears on his mind, as though he was incapable of a reality in which they are apart.
