The son of Embyr and Lyre, Brandr was the first to decide to stay in the ironworks insead of travel or fight in the name of the Flamecaller as so many of his siblings have done.

He did not inherit the love for art from his mother, but is fascinated with weaponry and how to make it. Deciding to apprentice under Seraphine he works hard in the forges to make his parents proud. Among the younger dragons he's a natural born leader.

He has an adopted sister that goes by the name of Cinder, an apprentice to his mother. Brandr goes out of his way to make sure that the Light spiral never gets left out of anything, to make her feel like part of the family. Whenever Cinder accomplishes something amazing, he couldn't be more proud of the little spiral.
