Halen The Bath Mix Maker Honest | Just | ? | Pampered Microlore: Frank and forthright, this dragon has a reputation for honesty, even if it is to his own detriment. He is an extremely sensitive empath, and he hates knowing when others are lying, and other skydancers can usually tell when he is lying as well. It just expedites things if he is up front about it. He hopes to find a position in a judiciary role or in a communications role. Perhaps a position as a judge or a town crier would be best for him. Certainly no one would doubt him. Or he may choose to take to speaking less and living outside the law. He hasn't really decided yet. Life seems pretty open for him at the moment. ~~~~ Upon his Arrival at the bathhouse he found them desperately trying to get their feet back under them after their months of seclusion and the death of many clanmates. With the death of the chemist, Sharance, they found themselves at odd ends on how to get their biggest money-maker, the Ouroboros Bathhouse, fully running since much of their pull was in the unique bath mixes she made to cover all manner of wants and needs. What reserves they had were sparse and they were weary of using in case they found a replacement. That replacement was Halen. He'd picked up some techniques from watching his mother make her perfumes and incenses and brought a new take to the business that helped bring in new customers. The clan was relieved. Even if it wasn't the same the older members remembered some of the recipes and he was able to restore some of the trickier mixes with the help of the living scientists. If nothing else Ironette loved a challenge. It wasn't the judicial position he'd daydreamed of but there was time yet, he could retire and seek out that position if he found a suitable apprentice and he was enjoying the benefits of being in such a specialized position. |
