Biography
Part of Delphi's Ethics and Rulings Council--in fact, the head and founder of it-- which sees to it that Pharma's instructions to the clan are committed to writing and carried out as proper rule and law. The clan's enforcement answers to this Council, though for a time Tomaandi managed such matters single-handedly. He insists that the Council is necessary when asked by younger members of the clan: that as harsh as the Council's law may be, it is nothing compared to the early days, ruled almost entirely by Pharma's whim and ire.
Tomaandi deals mostly with the clan's internal matters, often consulting with the matriarch Sitala to do so. There are many who say that he is overcautious. In a culture which believes risks and suffering make one stronger, this is certainly not a compliment.
He bears the same ugly scars as all of Delphi's native children. If asked why he ever came back, he will simply stare at the questioner until they leave. It usually doesn't take as long since the loss of his face.
