Eqorra

Strikeforge's chef. It's a daunting task to prepare meals for an entire clan, but Eqorra took it as a challenge. The entire clan governs itself as a militia, everyone who does their part is guaranteed food and shelter. When approached to be its chef, Eqorra was initially uncertain, and the words she exchanged with Mariqa were not entirely pleasant. But something about that blacksmith, and again the challenge of the task, made her agree. It helped that somehow she found a few others from her homeland among those of Strikeforge.

Her second biggest challenge, she's realized, is getting the clan leader to eat at all. He gets so absorbed in his work Eqorra has found herself delivering his meals personally. Every time she does so she makes sure to give him a good reaming. "You're going to get yourself killed if you're not well fed," she'll snap. And, "Look at you, you giant sod! You're wasting away! Any more and you won't be able to lift a hammer at all!"

Sygard answers her with low hums and soft grunts of acknowledgement. Some days this frustrates her more. Some days she's happy for his lack of words.

Microlore: She is energetic and outspoken, and she does not hesitate to let others know what's on her mind. Many think she wears her heart on her sleeve, but she often feels like others do not truly understand her. She sometimes gets into conflicts with authority figures, and others occasionally view her as flagrantly rebellious. Despite this, her parents have almost always approved of her choices, which sometimes infuriates her.

She has learned to channel her feelings into poetry and other writing. She seeks societal equality, but is uncertain how to go about achieving it, and fills journal upon journal with her frustrations.

At her heart, she hopes to make a change. But barring that, she is happiest in the kitchen. Knives, fire, and making cultural statements others have to palette - what's not to love?
