A daughter born of Day and Night, will grant one Wish by full moon's Light.

It was this prophesy that led Camilla to have a child with Paladin. Ignoring the enigmatic warnings of the clan loremaster, Cosmic, Camilla led Chandelier out under a full moon once she came of age, with hopes that she would be the wishgranter foretold. Once moonlight fell across her feathers, the young skydancer began to transform, her features taking on a twilit luminescence, magic emanating from her claws. But only then did Camilla learn a horrifying truth: in order to grant a wish, Chandelier would have to sacrifice her own life energy. Ever since then, the Skydancer has dedicated herself to keeping Chandelier safe from anyone else who might want to use her power, until Hasil used his newly-acquired gift of Illumination to set Chandelier free.

Now Chandelier carries out a peaceful existence of visiting the dreams of young dragons, delivering messages of hope in the midst of bleak darkness.
