"Nebula was named for the space like patterning on jis wings, rather than anfascination with the stars. He is actually a very down to earth, grounded dragon and is known for his blunt realism when it comes to opinions. Many dragons mistake his name for an imaginative, funloving dragon, but when they actually meet the Tundra, they rarely get what they expected. It's not that Nebula is vicious or angry in the least, but more that he has no time for fantasies when the truth is clear. He dismisses any and all comments of speculation, backing up his own knowledge with facts to shut down his opponents case in a single breath.

Nebula grew up in a clan that did worship yhe stars; a clan of astronomers who loved all to do with space. This is where his intense dislike for fantasy grew from. It was hard to have a conversation with any of them, hard to force them into seeing fact and pull their heads from the clouds. Nebula seemed to be alone, by himself in a world full of 'useless loons' as he called them. His clanmates didn't pay him any attention when he was finally old enough to leave, all his life they had attempted to drill the wonders of the galaxy into his brain, all without success. He knew that his wings resembled a star, a cluster of them atht could be seem from his clan. Although this fact did make him feel good about himself, he wasn't going to let his clanmates know."
