The ruthless Pestarzt Zerachiel hails from The Scarred Wasteland, providing his medical services to Clan Empyrisan and, by extension, protecting The Windswept Plateau from the creeping tendrils and membranes of the invasive Wandering Contagion. However, his seemingly noble mission runs deep in contempt for all things born from the Viral Mother Plaguebringer, and the Imperial makes it known at every chance he gets.

"Flithy One indeed. Aptly named," Zerachiel agrees when speaking about his birth god. His vocal, overzealous disdain of the Plague element has made him a public enemy of Plaguebringer's spawn, and even regularly puts him at odds with his fellow Plague clanmates. This hostile temperament has seen him outcasted from countless clans before joining Clan Empyrisan. What Matriarch Auraelesmatra saw in him, no one knows, but Zerachiel keeps his head down in gratitude to her.
