Drakkari is said to be a natural born fighter. Ever since he sparred with his brother as a hatchling, he's dreamt of climbing the ranks in the coliseum, battling against the greatest fighters known to dragon kind. For glory.
He trains under the clan's instructor, Mannix, having shown promise since day one. He's very quick and light on his feet, and he uses that to his advantage, especially against the heavier, stronger opponents he trains against.
He tries to take Mannix's lesson of keeping a level head to heart, but despite his best efforts he'll often become cocky and careless, as those who give him a real challenge are few and far between. This has made him slightly arrogant and indifferent to his fellow recruits, often thinking he's wasting his time by training with them. He has high respects for his instructor however, always striving to please & impress him.
Drakkari is always pushing himself, and so Mannix in turn is increasing tough on him, while continuing to stress the importance of humility.
