Biography

Astrid is a young, playful fae who was taken into the clan by Aspen. He had been quietly stalking her through the trees as she wandered about aimlessly, and as it didn't seem like she was going to leave any time soon- and like she was hopelessly lost- he approached and brought her back to the clan. She was welcomed to stay as long as she caused no trouble, which wasn't a condition that the clan upheld. Astrid was constantly moving about, chasing butterflies or other small creatures around the clan's nesting area. Fed up of all the noise and flashes of brightly colored wings, Sariel requested for Sion to convince her battle partner to train Astrid up to make better use of her seemingly endless supply of energy. Miacis reluctantly agreed, and is still hardly able to keep his patience with his newfound apprentice. An odd habit Astrid picked up was lining her sap nest with soft feathers she finds around the territory. Most of the clan prefer fabrics, or nothing at all. But Astrid thinks feathers are much prettier, and can be replaced, or added to, one feather at a time! Astrid is good friends with Arcadia, Mystique and Sable, due to them being quite energetic themselves. She is aware of her mentor's indifference towards her and strives to show him that she is a capable battle mage despite her playful nature. Although it's unlikely, she'd also like to teach her mentor to lighten up every once in a while and have some fun.
