Hanna Bug Catcher | Mated with Theristis

Hanna was lost. She had wandered too far from her home, and didn't recognize any of her surroundings. She trilled incessantly, her crests drooping along her sides. Tears escaped her eyes. Hanna didn't know why she wanted to go back home anyway. She was kind of an outcast, as she didn't have any particular skill to contribute. Hanna banished the thought from her mind and gathered herself before flittering forth. Regardless of what had happened, and where she was, she would stay positive. "If I stay positive and keep moving forward, things will get better!" She spoke aloud, startling herself. "I can do this!" She yelled out at the waves. She took off like a spiral on caffeine, and flew smack into a dark skydancer.

Theristis dropped the bundle of herbs he had been gathering and whipped around to glare at whatever had hit him. Hanna stared back at him, eyes wide and jaw dropped. Her crests flared out in shock. The skydancer released a low rumble, muttering something about annoying pests. Hanna looked completely starstruck and stood still, staring at Theristis. "What?" Theristis grumbled in irritation. Hanna stuttered a little. "S-s...sorry!" She inhaled deeply, before speaking at a pace the skydancer could barely keep up with. "I didn't meant to run into you, and I'm lost, and don't know where I am, or where my home is, even though I don't want to go home anyway, and you are very handsome, and I haven't eaten in like three hours, do you have any bugs?" Theristis blinked a few times. He reached back into his gathering pouch and pulled a clawful of Lacewings out. He handed them to her gingerly. Hanna snatched them up and scarfed them down. Her face was turning red, and Theristis wondered why until the realization had hit him. "She called me handsome!" He thought. His eyes went wide, and he cleared his throat before speaking again. "I know a place you can stay for a bit, if you really don't want to go home yet." He blushed and looked down. Hanna leapt onto his neck and gave him a hug. "Oh, that would be just wonderful."

Upon arriving at the Godling Collaborative, Hanna was amazed. There were so many water dragons! She quickly fell in love with the place. However, she wasn't sure if they would let her stay since she didn't have any talents or anything special about her. Hanna approached Aquata, and spoke softly. "I love this place, but I think I should be on my way." She looked back at Theristis, her lower lip trembling, and crests drooping. Aquata looked shocked. "Are you kidding me? I have never seen Theristis smile until you came around. You're staying." Hanna perked up immediately. "I don't want to be a burden though. Is there anything I can do to help?" The clan leader though for a moment. "You know, you catch more bugs than any fae I've ever seen. Why don't you try helping us with that?" Hanna snapped her crests out, and stood up straight. "Yes ma'am!" And off she went to catch as many bugs as she could.
