Schilluza

It had always been known this night would come. Ever since her birth in this 'clan', she'd been watched as if she was an outsider overstaying their rest. Like she'd go up and steal the Monarch's most prized possession and never be seen again. She was nothing to everyone but her mother, who had suffered the same, even worse, treatment by the clan and other dragons. But her mother was gone.

She had searched all over their dens and tunnels for any signs of her. The only thing she could find was her mothers bloody cleaver, the thing she used to defend herself in the worst of times. She always hid it for her sake, it was a horrible reminder of this family's life. It was out, laying in the tunnel to the outside driftwood drag. Karma was nowhere to be seen, and her father never seemed to have existed.

She continued her search for her mother, wishing it not have been true. But she soon found the answer, the one she was dreading. The clan had begun the Purge again, the ridding of dragons not even worthy to serve the Shadowbinder, their true mother. These dragons were driven away or killed. And now she was going to be one of them.

She had to flee this place immediatly, there was no way they'd let her go if they had done that to her mother. She ran, and ran, the bramble of the forest and murk she thrashed through ripping off everything she had been wearing at one point or another. She didn't care, if it meant she walked away with her life, so let her very wings be ripped.

She ran for so long she practically passed out spontaneously while running away or flying. She couldn't clearly remember anything halfway through that night, and now she had no idea where she was, if she was in the Shadow's flight or not, or who was most likely around her collapsed form. She couldn't do anything more than run, and now her legs and wings have given out on her. She just hoped whoever may find her would leave her with at least her life.
