_____GENDER...............Male Lumen and Hyoga get along quite famously, on account of them both being rather quiet people. Though you wouldn't know it right away, because Lumen sleeps almost eighteen hours a day and is rarely ever seen by any other clanmates.  |
PERSONALITY In stark contrast to her sister's friendly and welcoming personality, Hyoga is cold and distant towards most people. Despite the all-encompassing nature of the Citadel, Hyoga is wary of all newcomers who cross her path, and for that reason her trust is a challenge to earn. She is a naturally quiet person who generally keeps her thoughts to herself. DESCRIPTION As is common for a guardian, Hyoga is a very large dragon--even standing taller than her older sister. She has a muscular build and her scales are rugged, well worn from her years growing up on the move. She has scars on her face, neck and back that detail her time as a warrior. Most of these scars are covered up with her clothing. She doesn't want newcomers to the clan to know about her past, and for that reason she rarely ever removes her mask. Only when she is around someone she deeply trusts is she willing to let her guard down. LORE Hyoga has been by her older sister's side for all of her life. The sisters were due to be born in the wake of a rapidly collapsing empire. Her family were extended relatives of the royal family, and due to their familial ties and the matriarchal nature of the empire, their mother, Sachi, was pulled away to attempt to prevent the situation from worsening, but she ended up getting killed amidst the sparring sides. Just as the sisters were supposed to hatch, their father, Ren, realized it was too dangerous to keep them within the Citadel's walls any longer, and he managed to flee from the chaos with both of his unhatched children. Rei hatched early, before they had escaped the water flight's territory, and Hyoga was comparably late. Their father took up shelter within the Lightweaver's domain as he waited for the second egg to hatch, growing fearful that she might not. Almost two full weeks after they arrived, Hyoga finally hatched, apparently taking a significant enough amount of time to cause her eyes to become pale, bearing the traditional light flight yellow. RELATIONSHIPS
|
KURO | Husband Kuro frequently accompanies her as she goes about the clan. He is very affectionate, and she welcomes his upbeat worldview and outgoing attitude, as it is something she does not possess but greatly appreciates. She loves listening to him talk passionately about the things that interest him, most particularly the stars. |

JINSOKU | Husband Jinsoku is her second husband. He's a bit awkward and often says things in confusing ways, but Hyoga loves him dearly. Jinsoku was the first dragon who she was willing to open up to about her past. The compassion that he showed her--despite her violent actions--had a profound effect on her view of outsiders. |

KURO | Son Arbol is Hyoga's son. She is very supportive of her son's pirate antics |

REI | Sister Her older sister, Rei, has always been by her side. She is often the first dragon that Hyoga turns to for advice, and she trusts her completely. |
