Midna

All eyes on you,
They declared what's best for you,
Can't do this,
Oh not that,
Be graceful,
Do what they say.
That's not what you believe.
Ice calls you,
It has for a while,
Tried to tell them,
But they denied you,
Told you what you had to be,

They weren't right,
This wasn't you.
Kept it quiet,
Had to deny it.
Wasn't true, wasn't true,
What you told them.

The cold still beckoned,
You knew,
You can find allies!
Talking, yes, you were good at that.
You could have helped the clan.
Show them,
That you can do it.

She did.

The elegant dragon,
Bearing the name,
The Ice flight,
That's what she knows.
Ice is how it goes.




She is cold to the touch. Her scales frigid, her claws frozen, she is cool.

Her skin is insulation, you may not feel the heat of her core, but it is there, protected and sequestered. Her warmth is permanent, bountiful and present.

She has laboured for this chance, this opportunity. Fought with the sharp point of her wit and the very ambition that fuels her daily.

Her sentences flow, as if from a poet’s very quill. Her posture precise, her chin held at the optimal angle, all of it exempt from the slightest of errors.

She was born for this position, and she very well knows it.


One of the loveliest girls in the clan.
Midna was born into a very powerful and sophisticated family. Her family was the closest thing you could be to royalty as a commoner, and they served as advisors for powerful monarchs for generations. While Midna respected and treasured her heritage and her family's traditions, she secretly wished she could have another job. A job of great importance, at least to her.
She wanted to become an Ice Representative, serving her clan as a dragon who helped make alliances and keep the peace. Her regal but naturally pleasant demeanor makes her perfect for the job, as those are some qualities that a Representative should have. The only problem was, her parents didn't see that. So she kept her mouth shut about her dreams, and nodded her head whenever her parents told her about what they wanted for Midna's future to look like.
Upon entering adulthood, however, the elegant spiral got more and more independent, and would out-rightly state her desires, much to her parent's dismay. After a lot of pleading and working for the clan's leaders, she finally got hired.
The job was perfect for her, to no surprise. She could easily make alliances between even the most troublesome of clans, and was exactly what an Ice rep should be.

-Midna loves to swim in very cold water, water that others would find outright undesirable to swim in. She was a fabulous swimmer and had an invincibility towards the cold, so the cool never bothered her anyway.
-This charming dragoness has many friends who love her. For her, friends are very easy and delightful to make, and she loves depending time with her companions.
-Like a rep should be, she was an extrovert, and talking to her was natural. Midna could be manipulative sometimes, but only for the good of her clan and friends.
-Midna's favorite flowers are lilies. She covers her neat den in lily scented candles, enjoying the sweet yet bitter smell.
-She absolutely hates warm weather. It makes her scales dry and scabby, and like everybody in her case would, she hates it. She hates going outside on warm and hot day, instead sleeping or reading in her delightfully cool lair.
