Killer in the Snow

The middle of nowhere

Yukinos first memory is snow. He hatched in the middle of a terrifying snowstorm. The nest was abonded and burried under the snow. Yukino thinks he remember there where more than his egg, but he was the only one who hatched. He was all alone, hungry and all he could see was white. Instinctivly he started to eat snow. It was cold, but it felt good.
He wasn't freezing. Not really. But it felt strange for him beeing there. He didn't knew it back then, but he was lonly.
Yukino started to wandering around looking for something, or someone. He couldn't tell how long it tooks, untill he saw something moving. Something else but the snow whirling in the wind further and further.
There was something moving on the snow. He sniffed and smelled the smell of a warm body. And his stomache growled. He walked towards his prey. It was a little white rabbit, but of course he didnÄt knew that. All he knew was, that he could eat it.
The rabbit didn't noticed him. It was burriing in the snow. Sometimes it raised his had, twitched his ears, but it couldn't realize Yukino. He was one with the storm, with the wind and the swirling snow. And when he was close, he striked. The warm boddy quivered for a short time. Then it was dead. Red blood dropped in the snow. It was the first time Yukino saw a color. And he was suprised.
But more he was hungry, so he guzzle the dead body in one and licked the blood from his lips. Now he was fed and didn't knew what to do next. There was nothing around him. Nothing, but the now storm. He started to walk. Into the nothing.
