______ Verdant the wanderer was one without a lineage, journeying through the lands of the Windsinger for a place to be her home. Falling in love with the blue-furred Tundra Protagonist she prayed to the Windsinger to guide them to a place where her and her children could be forever safe and free. A breeze seeming to carry with it a cheerful song blew past her and she followed it to the Zephyr Steppes were a cluster of bamboo quivered with the song of the air itself. There she made the First Nest and declared that land the holy ground of the Windsinger. She declared the area a sanctuary for all that wished to stay and erected the shrine to the Windsinger that still stands to this day. After her first children moved on to serve the Windsinger personally she declared that all those who wish to stay in their sanctuary will be treated as her own. She has been given the title 'The Mother of Many'.

______ With a tender but firm nature Verdant stays in the Lair to take care of the newly born. She is far stricter than her mate and sometimes comes off as cold but she genuinely cares for her Lair and the Hatchlings born there. She spends most of her time keeping the nests in order, changing the grass and checking the bamboo to make sure new eggs will have a safe environment. Her familiar, Zephyr, keeps an eye out for danger from the skies. She also personally maintains the area where the Hatchlings can play and learn. As leader of the Nest Defenders she supervises Shoot in making sure the Nesting Grounds are tidy and safe. She has very high standards and can come off as pushy. To those that can understand Fae body language she has a bubbly and cheerful personality.

______ As the mother to all Verdant can often be found overlooking the nesting ground where she bore her first clutch.Her disapproving stare is believed by many to be the most fearsome thing in existence.The first lesson she teaches it how to let go. Just as she herself had to let go of her children when they were exalted she teaches dragons under her care to pursue their freedom and spiritual wellbeing over feeling like they must stay.
