Biography
Nightingale
Warden
Nightingale was given unto the lair a corpse; the lifeless body of a pearlcatcher, bereft of its pearl. After being delivered to ████, she was placed under the ████████ protocol and awoken; given new life, new soul, new purpose.
She possesses no memories of her past, except those fleeting within her dreams, but retains many basal pearlcatcher instincts and biases, including the need for a pearl. In the absence of her original, Nightingale was given a moonstone prosthetic, taken from a quarry below the Moonportal. Although contented by this, Nightingale is sensitive to the subject of discussion surrounding it, and prefers to avoid the topic.
Nightingale fills the role of the reformatory's warden in the stead of its previous overseer, including the duties of rationing food, keeping order, and reporting all studies to the responsible districts. Despite the title, the majority of her work lies in the study of subjects and cleaning of cells.
She is an enigmatic figure to the rest of the clan, as she does not need to sleep, eat, or socialize like other dragons do, and thus rarely removes herself from the prison. So much so, that she was once taken captive by lair sentinels after being wrongly assumed an intruder. Proceeding this incident, Nightingale was given mandatory break at least once every month, where she should make her presence known to the lair. Though her extremely poor social skills make these efforts... strained. During this time, she will most likely be found hiding herself in the back corner of the lobby and reading a book to pass the time.
