Associates of Skyspeed know that she rewards loyalty with loyalty, however she is reserved and secretive, keeping an arm's length from most other dragons, appearing reluctant and not very trusting. No one in the clan knows her full history; but those who have known her the longest were fairly certain she had a partner in another clan. Skyspeed never denied nor confirmed this.

She now has an undercurrent of bitterness, and where she was once cheerful and proud, she no longer cares of the opinions of others and simply follows her clan code.

Her duty is to protect something sacred, though not many dragons know what that is. Skyspeed also mets out justice when necessary, in accordance to clan laws. She is training her son Shroud and daughter Brimstone to follow in her footsteps.
