Biography
Fierce.
Embersky is a fiercely protective dragon and the female alpha of her clan, though not a mate to the male alpha, Firestorm. She treats all of the dragons as her children, though she is young herself, and would fight to the death to protect them. The others, particularly the female hatchlings, find her inspirational, especially in battle; however, her hot temper and strong sense of independence often get her in trouble with the other fiery members of her clan.

Embersky began her Search as a young, beautiful dragon from the Scarred Wasteland, knowing she belonged with a clan, and knowing that that clan could not be where she was born.
After searching for a time, she found herself in the Emberglow Hearth. She struggled to look for home among the flames and ashes, but eventually stumbled across a young Guardian father and his three hatchlings - Firestorm and his children. The young father was doing a fine job of raising them; Embersky she knew home when she saw it, and immediately loved the Guardian and his children.
She spent a great amount of time proving herself to Firestorm before he allowed her to stay and help protect the young. Trust built between the two, but the cool air around him never seemed to warm, and she reacted the same way when she realized he did not love her. However, she had done an excellent job hiding her true feelings, and he never truly knew.

Over time, their clan grew, and in battle, Firestorm and Embersky proved themselves excellent partners. Opaline later joined the pair and is equally fierce. In fact, Opaline and Embersky are the two closest dragons in the clan, and are the best of friends, with Embersky enjoying Opaline's company for the break from the otherwise always-serious atmosphere. Furthermore, Embersky mated and had two hatchlings with Claycrack, but he was not the one she was meant to be with, and they are not mates for life. She is unsure whether she will ever truly have a mate she can remain with.
