Mate: Tatsu
Role: Keeper of the Hoard and Vault, assistant to Selenitic.
Tends to be deadpan and has a bleak sense of humor, and comes across as being kind of scary as a result. It doesn't help that she took in a strange, mutated cat that followed Tatsu back from Baldwin's alchemy outpost. In actuality, she's very sweet and warm.
Upon seeing her delighted reaction to the mutant cat, Tatsu immediately pretended he'd brought it home for her on purpose. They both know he's fibbing but Dulcie appreciates the thought.
Dulcinea and Tatsu were both slated to be exalted. DawnTreader found Tatsu in someone else's lair while pursuing a prophecy from the Spiral Keep, and Ayala immediately took a liking to him. Once she saw the little Tundra huddled beside him, she decided to adopt both into her clan. She bought their freedom from the clan leader and brought them home. The two dragons have been close ever since.
