Argent

Everything was eerily still as the egg began to move. It crackled while icy mist rose from each tendril that broke the surface. Two icy eyes stared up into the clear night sky as he emerged slowly, searching for signs of life. There was nothing. Nothing but a great expanse of cold snow and wintery flakes being tossed around in the air.

The imperial took his first breaths of life alone and knew not what it was to be part of a clan. Still he prefers solitude and keeps to himself though he hears tales of his parents who are guardians and hunters in the Southern Icefields. The large creature sees no need to find his origins so he sticks to learning from the natural world around him. It has taught him a great deal of things such as how to hunt but not take too much and the surreal qualities of ice that can bond to his skin. This is how his coat became like metal and how the townsfolk that rarely caught a glance at him named him.
