One day, within the first season of the establishment of the Hiemal Visage, Zero and Vorasaegha received word from the Icewarden himself. The messenger left in a hurry, before they could even unroll the scroll, giving them no chance to send a reply. The note read: “You will know my blood when you see her. But she does not know me; her destiny has yet to be written.”


Bewildered, Zero had no idea what to think or expect. Why would the Icewarden send one of his offspring out into the Icefield, away from his personal ranks, and into such a fledgeling clan? Vorasaegha expressed concern, wondering at the possible dangers this unknown dragon held for the clan, and for what reasons the Icewarden had sent his own daughter away. She set her daughters on maximum guard, sending them out patrolling twice a day around their territory.


But the day that Corrin finally arrived, Vorasaegha did not fear her. The Skydancer was looping large circles over the land, searching for something that she had no name for. When Vorasaegha addressed her, she quickly learned something unnerving: Corrin had no recollection whatsoever of her past, other than flying endlessly to an unknown end, for an unknown length of time.


Zero took one look at the silver dragon and knew that this dragon was not sent to them because she was unwanted or outcast. He knew that she had greatness in her future, and that it was his duty to stay steadfast in his vows to the Icewarden’s service. lWithout hesitation, he told her that she was a daughter of the Hiemal Visage, his daughter, lost when she was young, and had finally found her way home, and she has based her entire life off of that contrived history.


While Corrin was already a full-fledged adult dragon upon her arrival, her destiny would take its time to reveal itself - for she was part of something far greater than the Hiemal Visage; far greater than the ice realm itself.

Corrin is irrevocably trusting of her “parents,” and fiercely loyal to her clan. While Zero and Vorasaegha are the clan’s foundation, the others look up to her with equal respect. The trust that Zero places in her grants her almost as much authority as Vorasaegha, and Corrin is both mindful and prudent of her position of power.


She oversees the clan’s going-ons, and is well-loved by all except Aperture, who seems to know that Corrin isn’t Zero’s true heir. Corrin also doesn’t get along well with her adoptive sister, Crystalis, who she disdains in light of the younger Skydancer's irresponsibility to clan duties, while she chastise Corrin for being so taciturn and aloof, refusing to join her in pursuit of males for favor of studying with Zero, or training with Vorasaegha.
