Fhtagn

✗ The priest, the clan leader, the holy man, the puppetmaster; some call him a sadist, some call him a savior, some call him the former with affection and the latter with malice. He is as loved and adored as he is feared and reviled, but of course reverence and terror go hand in hand within the Church.

✗ Though he is content to let the Court and its kings play pretend at authority, it's Fhtagn who truly rules the clan from the cathedral's shadows, and everyone within the city's walls knows his word is law. Few people outside the Church's ranks ever actually see Fhtagn, as he seldom leaves the grand cathedral and even more rarely steps foot outside the Church's own district. Of course, it's a known fact that he has eyes and ears all over the city, even spread out across the wasteland...

✗ While the core beliefs of his congregation revolve around worshipping disease and decay, his most devoted followers seem to practically worship Fhtagn himself as if he were the living embodiment of all things Plague... which is precisely what he wants.
