Element Blindness
Element Blindness describes a condition in which an afflicted dragon, through any number of possible causes, loses their Elemental essence. This condition involves loss of color in the eyes and loss of ability to use Element based magic. Many dragons also report a feeling of dissociation that can persist for long periods of time.
As it was previously believed that a dragon could not survive without an Element, this condition is continuously being researched. Most cases of Element Blindness seem to have unique causes with one sole correlation between them: the condition arose sometime after a significant Alchemical incident (drinking a potion, a meltdown or exploding brew, application of a brewed gene or breed scroll, etc etc.)

1. Bladed Port - a docking station specifically for vessels from the city's allied Nature clan
2. Immaculate Port - a docking station specifically for vessels from the city's allied Light clan
(the reason there's only these two is because the Viridian Labyrinth and Sunbeam Ruins are the only elemental regions with a direct path to the island)
3. City Gates & Winding Path - here is where everyone enters the city for the first time. You have to pass the guard's inspection in order to be cleared. Next to this station are also services for new arrivals, such as tour guides or transportation.
4. Clawbuilt Weather Bureau - a sort of hub/office for the CWB to meet and discuss plans for changes in weather, city infrastructure, etc etc etc. This is also the source for the Reflect Shield
5. The Facilty - the grand medical laboratory at the peak of the island, where all the most talented alchemists work to create innovative new spells, potions & solutions to all sorts of ailments
6. The Reflect Shield - a gigantic magical shield that keeps all outside elemental influences safely sealed beyond the island, allowing the city's magic to be controlled purely from within. This shield also prevents any dragon that hasn't already been cleared by the guards from entering the city at all.
7. The Cheers - clusters of glowing, vibrantly colored mushrooms that cover the harbor of the city, varying wildly in size. Some dragons have chosen to take up residence among the fungi, rather than living in the city itself. The glowing lights also help guide ships to the island at night.
8. The Elemental Collision - sustained by a magical obelisk in the center of the island, the collision is a micro-recreation of every elemental region, creating a supply of local resources that negates the need to travel outside of the island for important materials. The obelisk also contains portals to pocket dimensions of each element, protected by Bogsneak guardians.
