Sibyl is, not a Seer, but a Listener- she can hear the future. She does not have full control over her abilities and can never pull herself completely into the present. This causes her to have a skewed sense of time and often gives her quite a bit of confusion as to what's actually happening.

Sibyl seems very innocent and childlike in manner, though it's hard to tell what she's actually thinking due to her lack of speech. She enjoys the outdoors but gets lost easily, so other dragons are always careful to keep an eye on her.

Sibyl does realize the importance of what she hears, but it's difficult for her to communicate it. For this reason, other dragons are very careful about paying attention to what she's doing.

Sibyl was so named when she began to display a strange awareness of things to come. For a while in her youth she was thought to be deaf and confused, reacting to things that weren't actually there.
In reality, Sibyl was hearing things that would happen at her current position in the future. This happened gradually- at first it was only a few seconds, but it grew into a few hours, and she became gradually more and more confused. She stopped speaking, and has since always been totally mute.
Eventually, Sibyl realized what was going on. She began to develop the ability to control the time she hears at, although this ability is limited and she can never fully pull herself into the present.

Sibyl is the only one of Io's daughters who has remained at the CHRC. Her mother is very protective of her.
