 		Candra is the daughter of Clan Kuill's Matriarch, Sutera and the skilled dancer, Ixion. When she was sent to Clan Lodzhal, Matriarch Lorian, sent her son to Clan Kuill. While this may be considered the strengthening of the alliance of two clans, some speculate that this was bound to happen as the two groups are in charge of organizing the Light Flight's Sunburns and Suntans and thus interact often.

Alliance aside, Candra has taken Clan Lodzhal's precious lanterns as her charge. She ensures that each are lit at the proper times, the evenings and during festivals, as well as carefully put out when the sun comes up. During the day, she has a tendency of taking naps in the sun or chatting with Lorian near the sunflower fields. While she may be rather laid back during the day, Candra is a proud dragon who won't put up with the manipulation or coercion of others. Due to her clan position, she answers directly to the clan leader and is on equal standing as the branch heads of the clan.

Regardless of all of her power and the fact that she's the daughter of a clan leader, she doesn't let her status get the best of her. Candra is rather pleasant to interact with and will usually do her own thing.
