B I O G R A P H Y

Prior to being discovered by Vorasaegha, Halycon struggled to make her own way in the world. The only memory she had of her birth parents was the silhouettes of their wings flying away, and leaving her at dawn, while they thought she still slept. She would never understand the reason for her abandonment - and rather than seek out answers, Halycon has buried her feelings about her true family in some far-flung corner of her heart. She encountered Crystalis the very same day that her family left her, and they swore to each other that day that they would be sisters for all intents and purposes and all days to come.

Halycon is now one of the Hiemal Visage’s three princesses. While she is Corrin’s elder, the two never have any altercations or power struggles; Halycon respects the enigmatic sister that the Icewarden bestowed to her family. She works by Corrin’s side in the diplomatic affairs of the clan, occasionally making trips outside of their territory to parley with other clans.

Through her easygoing, diplomatic nature and patient kindness, Halcyon has few enemies, and gets along well with virtually every dragon she meets. Since Zero claimed Corrin as his "true-born heir," Halcyon can live freely without the burden of being the great ice Guardian's successor, and is content with her life of bringing dragons together peacefully.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Halycon’s refined exterior covers the hollowness of her heart left by her parent’s rejection. Although her clan and family are tied closely together, the emptiness at her core, which she has bottled up for her entire life, has yet to be explored, let alone filled. Rather than look inwards to explore her feelings and identity, she’d rather throw her focus into duties and the social life of the clan.

Her socialite position has made her the object of affection for many males both within and without the clan, especially Aniron, who is desperate to win her heart. This has resulted in an unfortunate love triangle with Crystalis, only resolved after Aniron's exaltation.
