This dragon is an OSHA violation.

he has to sleep outside the lair, it's just not safe to let him in.
He statics up the surrounding area.
And he's way too bright with intermittent flashes.
AND THE CONSTANT BUZZING AND POPPING.
He short circuits everything within a 10ft radius.
