Biography
Thessela
Thessela grew up in the Tangled Wood. She loved to read from a young age, and that hasn't changed. She liked to travel and would often fly to other realms, mostly because she was interested in finding new books and scrolls that couldn't be found back in the Shadow realm.
It was on one of these journeys to the Ice realm that she met Thalassa. Thessela has never been the most sociable of dragons, but she felt drawn to Thalassa right from the start. As a result, Thessela ended up staying longer than intended in the Southern Icefield. Thalassa introduced her to her own clan and Thessela was blown away by the vast libraries she found within.
It wasn't difficult for her to make the choice to stay and she soon became one of the clan's librarians.
When Rib mounted his takeover Thessela tried to save as much of the library as she possibly could. She was able to save some of it, but much was lost. Hadn't it been for Thalassa, she likely wouldn't have survived herself, but instead her mate essentially sacrificed herself for Thalassa who ended up in the part of the lair not corrupted by Rib and his followers' foul magicks.
With the books and the knowledge that she has, Thessela works day and night to try and find some way out of their predicament - and to save her mate.
