Zaneta

Unlike her mate Tyrian, Zaneta remembered life as a princess perfectly, she still was. She had come to the Tribe later than Tyrian did and made it very clear from the beginning she was unimpressed with it and her future mate, but slowly he taught her to go deeper than appearances and she began to fall in love with the former-prince. She had an arranged marriage with the young Imperial in order to increase friendly relationship between her old clan and her new. She was very stiff at first and believed in being cold anid composed, much like her flight. Other dragons saw her as a cold, haughty young female who would never change but Tyrian knew, being from Ice flight himself though not raised there that it was only an icy shell and she was capable of emotion but simply chose not to feel, seeing that as dramatic and leaving her vulnerable. He was very friendly and playful with her and slowly Zaneta relaxed. She was raised in her own, extravagant house up in the trees and had a large host of servants at her beck and call, but in the end she preferred being alone somewhere in the woods with her best friend in the world. She fell in love with Nature, with growing things, life and even dirt on her claws. She still isn't as open and warm with other dragons that aren't her family or close friends but anyone who talked with her for long knew she had kindness and even her own warmth sprouting from beneath the chill. She still embraces her background and rarely ever gets worked up or flustered though she has lost her former hard edge.

While it wasn't expected that she learned a trade since she was technically royalty, she knew that it was important to have a role within the tribe and to work hard at it and help others. She became very interested in design and form and spent a lot of time in the library reading and learning even beyond her royal studies. She purchased fine silks and cloths and made beautiful dresses and outfits that she sells and sends all over Sornieth. All the clothing she wears is made with her own hands and the finer-dressed members of the clan also love her garments. Even Terebithia's delicate Sylvan dress is made by Zaneta, though hardly without some difficulty.
