When he came to the clan, Shine, one of the clans oldest females, named him WakkaUsKamu, because it was the old name for an water god from an lost civilation. WakkaUsKamu, or for short Wakka, followed the line of his older brother Robin. When Wakka hatched his dad told him from his brother and Wakka got that curious that he left his clan to find his brother.
When he was walking around in a forest near a swamp, he meet Roodlza, the witch of AoiNoRyuus clan, the clan where his brother went to when he still was young. Wakka, still unnamed to this time, asked Roodlza if he could join her clan. The Wildclaw didn't respond and walked away. Confused Wakka followed her, asking her things but never got an answer.
He followed her deep in the Wind Flight where Roodlza spread her wings and flew away. Wakka followed her. For him the strong winds were difficult to tame but he managed to fight the winds and land on the Cloudsong. There, Roodlza was waiting next to an big, blue Guardian dragon. The Guardian introduced himself as Aoi, the leader of AoiNoRyuus clan. Wakka saw, that Aoi was no Wind dragon. His eyes were in a bright pink, an indicator for an Arcane dragon.

When Aoi lead around the young Imperial, he told him, that his clan originally came from the Arcane Flight but then the Arcanist send them to the Windsinger to strenghten the bond between them and as part of the alliance between the gods. He introduced Wakka to many dragons, including his love Kairi, who came back from serving the Arcanist, as he told him, and changed by Roodlza, the witch of the clan, and including Shine, the oldest dragon who joined their clan after it was founded. Shina took a look at Wakka and then gave him his name. The name of an ancient water god as she explained. Confused Wakka told her, that he was a fire dragon and not a water dragon. Shine smiled and told him, she named him this way because of his blue scales.
Then, after Aoi showed him the whole clan, Wakka asked him if there is a dragon named Robin in his clan. Aoi agreed and said, Robin were away with his friends for training but should return soon. Just after he said this, Robin and his friends, Starfire, BeastBoy, BeastGirl and Raven landed back in the Cloudsong and didn't even notice the new dragon.
When Wakka saw Robin, he was overflown by his joy so that he jumped on Robin, crashing into him so that both fell from the Cloudsong. Wakka, still was unfamilliar with the strong winds couldn't open his wings, so he fell and fell and believed, he would die, but then his fall suddenly stopped. When he dared to take off his paws of his eyes, he saw Robin, who catched him and was flying back up to the Cloudsong.
After Robin landed and let Wakka down, he solded him strongly. Wakka couldn't stand Robins anger and wanted to leave, but someone stopped him. It was Robin himself, who said, that he doesn't meant that Wakka should leave the clan. Then Aoi asked him, if he would like to become part of the clan. Wakka, happy that he was adopted, said yes flew up and tried a salto, but the winds made him crush back to the Cloudsong and on Robin...
