Biography
This lore is from my previous home because BlueJay keeps procrastinating on moving it to a google doc for posterity and then writing me my own lore that's actually related to this clan!

"Laughter is the very best medicine" ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ Macchiato laughed, looping through the air. Wind rushed past her face as she dove, pulling up quickly and landing smoothly at the edge of the tents. A few minutes later Moscato, Lumin, and Shiro flew into sight, stumbling onto the ground. Macchiato laughed. "Are you alright guys?" She asked, helping them up. Lumin stood, golden scales glittering as he stretched his wings. "You really need to slow down." He complained, finally catching his breath. "At this pace you'll run out of it before you're old." They laughed. "Well, you guys wanna go inside?" Moscato asked, her voice smooth. The Skydancer began walking towards the entrance before they could answer, and they rushed after her, chatting randomly. After paying for tickets, Macchiato ran to the biggest roller coaster she saw. "Wow." She whispered. "Let's go on it!" Lumin backed away, holding up his hands and pushing Moscato forward. Her eyes widened at the sight of the ride, and she dragged Shiro in front of her. "We, um, I think we'd rather not, go on that specific ride." He stuttered, shuffling closer to Lumin. Macchiato rolled her eyes. "Oh, you guys are nothing more than hatchlings. Well, I'm going on. Can one of you watch Piki?" She picked up the orange tabby wrapped around her leg, and he licked his paw boredly. Shiro backed further away. Moscato nodded, cooing despite her usual nature. Climbing into a seat, Macchiato bounced excitedly on the seat. The bar lowered, and she zoomed off in a flash of blurry colors. "WOOHOO!!!" She yelled as the ride did several loops in a row. Adrenaline rushing, she laughed and whooped while the ride spun her this way and that. It jerked to a stop and she wobbled before stabilizing and rushing over to her friends. "That, was awesome. You have to go on! No questions." Grabbing Piki from Moscato, Macchiato pushed her friends towards the entrance. They reluctantly climbed in. The car took off and they screamed, while Macchiato collapsed laughing. "We're so buying those pictures." She said, looking down at Piki. The cat perked it's head up, before leaping from her arms and running. "Piki!" She shouted, chasing after him. Orange fur rushed past claws in a blur, and Macchiato winced at the chaos her cat created. After a few minutes she stopped, panting breathlessly. Piki had stopped between two tents, staring intently at two glowing eyes. Scooping up her cat, Macchiato swallowed. She backed up three steps before Piki ran through the crack and right at whatever was there. There was some hissing, before it went silent. Tears welled up in Macchiato's eyes, before Piki sauntered out carrying a small black kitten in his mouth. It meowed, and he set it down, keeping it beneath his paws as it attempted to escape. "Aw, you're so cute! I know just who to give you to." Picking up the black kitten and Piki, they both settled into her arms as she began the trek back to the ride. Her friends sat there worriedly, glancing around until they saw her. "Oh, thank the gods you're ok!" Lumin said hugging her. Shiro glanced at the bundles in her arms, before offering a handshake. Moscato came in for a hug, before realizing Macchiato had another cat. "You're so cute!" She grinned, before grabbing the black kitten and stroking it. "She's adorable! Can I have her?" Macchiato laughed, nodding. Moscato squealed happily, hugging the blob of fur to her chest. The kitten meowed, nuzzling into her arms. "Your name is Kali." Moscato grinned, and started walking off. Everyone followed, and spent the rest of the day at the carnival. |
