Fred and George grew up in separate clans, both convinced that they were ugly and unwanted. Upon leaving, they found each other and learned for the first time that there was someone else like them out there, and that that someone was beautiful. Fred and George became best friends from that day on, and nowadays consider themselves brothers. They are almost never separated.

Extremely mischievous, they are always coming up with pranks, sometimes accompanied by fellow Spiral, Pari. They love joking around and having fun, and the younger hatchlings love it when it is their turn to babysit! When they entered the clan, leader Donadar had just hatched her first nest, and they immediately took to the Tundra of the litter like a little brother, him being orange-kin like themselves. They continue to treat him this way, and he appreciates the soft spot they have for him.

Fred and George both have magic capabilities but rarely use them. The clan's magus, Colette, often asks them questions to learn magic. Inwardly, they both know that their natural capacity for magic is greater than Colette's, but they never let this on. They don't bother honing their skills anyway, so it's just as well that Colette is the one working on that.
