To say that Nuija is savage would be like saying that the ocean is wet. The two concepts are inseparable, and Nuija lives and breathes violence and battle. Her brutality knows no bounds, and any who get in the way of her vicious temperament had better be prepared to face her wrath— and her claws.
Nuija's youth isn't really something she ever dwells on. In her eyes, looking to the past only serves to hold her back, so rarely will she ever talk about anything other than the future unless she's recounting some of her best victories. The first of these victories was a small one, she bested a juvenile Roc in battle, no easy feat for a dragon of her size, and claimed its skull as a trophy which she wears to this day as a reminder to all who look upon her that she has only grown more powerful since then.
Afterwards, Nuija won battle after battle. Sometimes she fought with a small band of like-minded dragons, but most of the time she sought her own glory. Eventually, she left her birthplace in the Sunbeam Ruins in search of a clan that could better appreciate her ferocity in battle, the clan that had raised her seeing her violent tendencies and warrior's heart as something to be feared rather than treasured.
As she travelled, she left a path of carnage in her wake, not unlike a tornado. She attacked any who crossed her path in the knowledge that if they survived they would be worthy. None were, until she at last reached the Viridian Labyrinth. There, she met Tuhkat in battle and a bloody fight ensued. In the end, the Nuija bested the Skydancer, but in him she saw exactly what she was seeking. A warrior through and through, not scared to use his claws and teeth in battle. Without even asking, Nuija declared herself part of his clan then and there.
Over the next few years, Nuija used her combat talents to further her clan's standing, fighting off their neighbours, and more often initiating the attack themselves. These battles made Mace feel alive, the thrill of the fight reminding her of just why the clan of her birth was pathetic and unworthy.
These raids culminated in what Nuija sees as the pinnacle of her achievements. With a small group of fellow warriors, she attacked a nearby clan with quite a reputation. Aside from the few that they captured for reasons that Ouija didn't question, the entire clan was slaughtered. Warriors and healers, hatchlings and elders, none escaped Nuija's claws, and they all fell before her. Upon her triumphant return, she was named Chief, and has continued down her path of destruction ever since.

Nuija's feet were soaked with blood. She stood in the liquid, staring down at it, heaving breaths after breaths. Her own blood still rushed from the heat of the battle she had finished with a startling skill and viciousness. It was her life, this fighting, and those who failed to live it would die at her claws. She'd decided that long ago. She'd never once looked back or regretted it. She closed her eyes and allowed her tense muscles to uncoil. The fight was over. For now. How soon until she could fight again? How soon until she could rip into flesh without reserve? Not soon enough. It was never soon enough.

Mace. The first thing you see should be flames, blood, bodies lying on the ground because of a single weapon. This is the same way as the dragon, a girl just as deadly as a single weapon handled by men. She's extremely strong and dangerous. When she was a young dragon, she defeated a young Roc and took its skull. Now, she wears the skull all the time to show not her strength, but proof that she's become stronger since then. It wasn't the only battle she won. It seemed like anyone who challenged her was always defeated, no matter what the difference in strength, numbers, or whatever it was happened to be. They all fell to the ground, but she wanted more. After that, Mace left her clan to find people that would appreciate and treasure her instead of fear. She attacked anyone in her way, leaving a trail of bodies behind her. It was after this that she met Tuhkat. Even though she defeated him, she wanted to stay with him because he was a true challenge. Mace decided that she wanted to join huis clan. Mace continued to help her clan with her combat skills and decided to attack a high level clan one day. They were all slaughtered with a few of them taken captive for reasons I don't know. When she returned, Mace was made their Chief. [Lore by Kuusouka]
