"I fled to avoid losing my sight....and instead have lost everything."


Calypso comes from a matriarchal water clan steeped in tradition. As the third daughter she was destined to become and oracle and once she came of age would be blinded to complete her training. Upon the eve of her final ceremony Calypso fled, terrified to lose her sight. She ran until exhaustion finally took her, deep in the Plague-bringer's terrain. She was attacked by a band of harpies, but was saved by her sister. She was left with a large scar over her eye from the encounter. (For more see Villura's bio)

Too embarrassed and afraid to return Calypso followed her sister to join and settle with this clan. She uses the movements of fish to predict the future, primarily the weather.
