I believe that creature is a changeling: he is a perfect cabinet of oddities.

Hatched from a nest uncovered in the haunted ruins on the edge of Hearthlight territory, Fetch was the only of his siblings who did not set out to outrun their history. The nest was warm and new, not abandoned or hibernating like the occasional abandoned or stolen egg found in the wild. Fetch and his siblings were uncovered by the arcane scholar Magic who, not being the paternal sort, rushed them back to the shelter of the Clan's nursery.

Due to Fetch's apparent lack of parentage, some more superstitious dragons wonder if he is truly a dragon at all. Perhaps he is a ghost walking among them, or a clever construct. A piece of Shade hiding in a delicate form. For all intents and purposes, however, Fetch is a finely boned coatl like any other.

Fetch himself is a skilled forager who supplies the herbivores of the clan with most of their diet. He has a particular fondness for flowers. He is mild, graceful, large but slender, and poorly socialised. Fetch is extremely loyal, however, as his mate will surely concur.
