Gladiator
For Kuhlii, fighting is not an art, nor is it a situation in which one might lose their life. It is not a contest to prove one's worth, or a skill to be honed and tested against other aspirants. Even after so many battles, Kuhlii has never seen fighting as any of those things.
No, fighting is a game.
Her opponents thrashing and growling and spitting are ways to show how invested they are in the game. There is pouncing, charging, flapping and rolling as they play, trying to see who can outrun the other, or stay on their feet the longest, or catch the other unawares. Of course, like in any good game, there will be bruises and scratches, but nothing time does not heal eventually. All in good fun. Expertly-Crafted Spear



In all her lengthy career as a gladiator, Kuhlii has never fatally or even gravelly injured any of her opponents, and neither has she suffered any incapacitating injury herself. Her clanmates can't really figure out why she likes fighting so much, when she then stubbornly refuses to go for the kill. It's not like the creatures and Beastclan she's been pitted against were unwilling to take her life. She simply never seems to notice how serious things can get.
