Biography

His arrival here was quite odd. He was thrown out by the GladeKeeper into the Labyrinth with hardly any knowledge on how to survive. Thankfully, as he was clumsily learning how to fly, he crashed into a beautiful guardian known as Bean.
She taught him how to thrive in the world and the two soon settled down to raise a nest together.
Soon after the eggs hatched, Bean revealed that she must leave to pursue her charge. Cherry gave a reluctant goodbye and saw not the guardian for many centuries. When she finally returned, he was in shock. He alternated between sobbing and laughing for many days until it finally sunk in.

Cherry did not intend to start a clan, he just wanted somewhere to raise his mate's children. But when dragons would come looking for a home, he could not turn them down. Before he knew it his clan was boasting a healthy number of members and thriving in their garden home.

This need for simplicity and calmness is the main reason he agreed to train Ig to be the next leader. He honestly has no idea what he is doing, but he tries.

Cherry is generally a peaceful dragon. He would much rather resolve arguments through kind words than tooth and nail. This does not apply, however, to three things: insults to his mate, insults to his children, and threats to his clan. For these he will gladly fight. Cherry struggles with leadership. Having never intended to start the clan, he is often unprepared for issues that arise with it. He is not the strongest leader, but he is slowly sinking into the role. Every day he finds it easier and easier to make pressing decisions and break up fights. Though in his heart he still wants the simple life: rolling in mud, laying on warm rocks, eating strawberries. However, he tries his best to be fair and kind to all of those residing in the clan. He is incredibly kind and tries to help all of those who ask for it, leading the clan to have a multitude of outcasts within it.
