Noc's mate and confidante. Caesar concerns himself with managing the clan's hoard. He knows the market value of any item you can name, and ensures that the clan's gold is always cleverly invested. As an elder of the clan, his words carry weight, but the Fae has always snubbed politics. Every inter-clan conflict can be broken down to a matter of economy, as far as he is concerned. He is often chided by his mate that, had he been born a Guardian, the clan's hoard would surely be his charge- he watches over it like a devoted parent.
As the Matriarch's most trusted companion, Caesar is a common party to diplomatic missions. Clinging to her hide like a jeweled scarab, the fae could be mistaken for an ornament, until he flutters up to whisper confidentially in her ear.

-so now he just bluntly calls her "wife". Noc thinks it's hilarious.
