Lara was the latest in a series of gifts clan friend Raxsha was generous enough to give to clan keeper Heliopa. It was upon her joining the clan that Heliopa decided to investigate into her heritage after watching her obviously present personality play out in her actions. It was then she discovered that this pretty little Snapper was the granddaughter to Coatls Shelly and Sloan, mothered by Olidia. The whole clan was pleasantly surprised to discover this, none more than Kaira, who took her niece under her wing and trained her into a wonderful warrior. To this day, Lara remains close with both her water clan and nature clan family.

This lively Snapper is a ball of energy. Lara is always wanting to explore and get her feet dirty, This has gotten her in no end of trouble, and her arrogance shows when she is challenged for doing something that is wrong. Her high-handedness can make her quite the problem, but she rarely backs down - a trait that most likely stems from her grandmother. Though her arrogance would suggest an unwillingness to listen, Lara is actually very perceptive and eager to lend an ear.
