Biography
Zuho Kos; General and Sentry
Leader of Battleteam Mroinethal
"Viper, the Council and I have decided that you would be the optimal choice to take up the mantle as leader of Battleteam Mroinethal. We felt that the fiery passion bestowed upon you by the Flamecaller would serve you well in leading teammates to victory." Bright Scale crouched her body and lowered her massive head towards the young Fang so that she could hear Viper's response. The Wildclaw grinned and readily accepted the proposition.
Her very own battle team! Viper snarled at a nearby butterfly. As soon as The Scales and Wing found her some teammates, her battles would begin.
It took a few days, but eventually Viper was introduced to Thistle, a wind coatl. At first, there was little in the way of friendship as Thistle's naturally easygoing and friendly personality conflicted with Viper's ferocious passion. The Fang was much more enthusiastic about battle than the Cloud, but this was not to say that Thistle was uncooperative. He seemed to understand that he was needed to fight if not for the enjoyment, but then for survival. Sky, however, was another matter entirely.
She was introduced to the fledgling dragons one afternoon, sparring in a dip in the crystals. When Viper attempted to play-fight with her, she fled towards Bright Scale. Her unwillingness to face her infuriated Viper; whom needed to be held back by Thistle and then Venom. Sky Crown's interests were held in much more artistic forms, which frustrated the Fang that much more. What joke was it that Viper would lead such pansies into battle?
It was one night that after a long day of agonizingly slow training that Viper and the rest of her djhen were awoken by the sounds of roars and general chaos. She could hear Bright Scale barking orders in aredjhál. This language was always the least favorite part of Viper's training, as Bright Scale required that all warriors learn this tongue so that she could give orders without giving much of anything away, and Viper never much paid attention.
She felt Sky nudge her with her muzzle; "Come on! She said we have to get out of here!" As the sleep faded from her eyes, the reality of what was happening dawned on Viper, she snarled;
"But why? Aren't we supposed to fight like warriors?" Sky flinched, her eyes a cloud of stress and something Viper couldn't distinguish, but it angered her further anyway.
"Well, yes, but-" Sky left her sentence as a crash was heard in another chamber of the lair, towards the entrance. Sky Crown ungracefully maneuvered in a space created for dragons a bit smaller than her.
Thistle was soon seen in the hallway, retreating from multiple corpse cleaners. Sky filled the space he left and lashed out with her claws before inhaling and releasing a bolt of zephyr.
For a moment, her very being was transformed, and her face now wore a snarl. She let out a bellow and launched herself towards one, as the chamber could only facilitate one at a time. Sky wrestled with the corpse cleaner, and Thistle moved himself to the side where he could grapple with a monster that was snapping at Sky's flanks...
