Discovered as an abandoned water egg, Firestone has never met his birth parents. Although curious at first over their whereabouts, he eventually came to terms with that gap in his life and chose instead to appreciate his fortune in receiving Lilac and Flame as foster parents. Firestone was technically the first member to join their clan, and he since has learned to get along with each new member. He is often in charge of keeping the hatchlings in order, telling them long stories that can keep them enthralled for hours at a time. Firestone, simply called "Fire" by his closest friends, is known for his talkative and somewhat scatterbrained nature. He is highly talented at comforting dragons who are inconsolable for anyone else. For example, when his foster parents' three little hatchlings ran away never to be heard from again, Firestone took pride in his position as "clan comforter" and helped the two learn that their first priority was, in fact, the clan they founded.
