Althea

Althea was a soft-spoken and polite little hatchling, with a deep inner need of ease and quietness. The Coatl was deeply kind, always thinking of others' feelings and well-being. She didn't like to be confrontational for any reason; she didn't even like being confrontational about her dislike of confrontation. It was for this reason that Althea often came off as meek or timid to others, as her overwhelming kindness somehow made her unable to respond or act out in front of others. She feared offending other dragons by doing so.

When she first joined the Ambassador Training, Althea found herself over-relying on her new found team mates, depending on them in times of difficulty, looking to be saved in situations that would make her uncomfortable or she had no idea how to react to. But it was for her friends and peers in the training program--among other reasons--that the shy Coatl started to change herself, as she wished to help the team rather than burden it and to overcome her own weak points.

Althea strives to improve herself in order to benefit her family and to prove her own worthiness to herself. She always desired to understand and analyze the world around her and to learn the deeper truths behind different policies.

In order to achieve that, she stopped running from every confrontation, instead she is doing all that she can to face them. If she fails, she gets up again and trains herself to not fail a second time and is now able to speak her mind.

She became a trustworthy and very respected member of Étaín's young Ambassadors. Her cooperative, considerate and sympathetic nature made her into a ever-welcome guest in every flight.
