She's a whirlwind in the Coliseum. Overcompensating for her petite stature, perhaps?
But .... Windrith had to agree that as the Weyr was growing, more attention was due to keeping everyone safe in his domain. He had already recruited SeaBreeze and Ciphreth as trainers, a move Aloshath was quite in agreement with, and eventually mandated that any couples wishing to start a family needed to be battle competent to at least the 10th Level of experience before they could hatch a nest. They needed to demonstrate that they could truly protect and defend their own offspring in case of an incursion, as unlikely as such an eventuality may have seemed to the new parents. And should something go really wrong, they would be an added line of defense, and help prevent calamity if they were overrun.

I love dual colour schemes like this just as much as monochrome dragons! I'm also a rare fan of smoke, so that certainly doesn't harm the dragon's chances :)
anyways, I don't even have to explain this but the accent is just the PERFECT matching colour to blend in with the smoke, and as previously stated the apparel may be kind of basic, but it works so well!! the buttercup laced set matches so well with the primary+secondary, the tert, and the accent all at once.
