He has no beginnings. Similar to dragons like him, his magic had been the thing to help him survive without the loving care of a parent. A magic so malleable that all magics flocked to him to be learned. Yet from the time he was discovered, he was trained to fight for the Gladekeeper. He was raised to believe the goddess was the only true deity and all others were fake—especially the Lightweaver, bringing of hate and blood. The rivalry between his clan and a Light clan knew no bounds. Murder, poison, sabotage, everything happened between the two except peace. This life was all LovesStrength knew, and he had killed many Light dragons in his time. All except one. Her. HeartsFlame. His charge, a Light dragon, was the most important thing to him. He refused to put her into harms way. When their love was discovered, their world came crashing down. HeartsFlame fled the battle after a horrible injury, and LovesStrength stayed to fight. He lost his vision by the hand of one of his own clan members. With the injury, he also fled to leave the clans fighting each other. Wandering blind was torture to him. He felt betrayed by his goddess, by his clan, and by his magic. He renounced the Nature magic he was trained in, and soon, he found the Flamecaller's blessing placed on him. He could see thermal energy.

With his new gift of sight, he began to search for his Charge. Several cruel months passed until he finally found her. On the brink of death. Asking for help one more time from the Flamecaller, LovesStrength healed his love using Fire magic. Metal and fire crafted the body of his lover. She was alive. Together, they entered Plague lands and eventually got too lost to find their way home. They were both close to death now, slowly dying of starvation and fatigue. Thankfully, the Plaguebringer felt LovesStrength's hatred for the Gladekeeper and decided to bless the couple. A queen had found the two. She took them in, nursed them back to health, and taught them how to survive. Yet neither of the dragons wanted to leave. HeartsFlame then came up with an idea: to protect the clan forever. LovesStrength agreed and together they made a blood oath with the clan, becoming the protector of the nest, the offspring, and the clan grounds. When danger rushes towards the clan, the couple rise to battle to defend the young. Anyone that has attacked the youth and survived fled half-way around the world, in fear of being found. Survivors are rare when it comes to the couple. Years of growing up in war have hardened their hearts to any that try to ruin the lives of the hatchlings. No one will escape their wrath.
