Biography

With no set destination in mind, you begin your trek into the Scarred Wasteland. It isn't pretty. There's disease and gore everywhere, and where there isn't, there's mushrooms that give off a suspicious energy. Each time you pass by a potential food source, you can only be thankful that you thought ahead enough to pack plenty of food for your journey.

The trek takes time, but you aren't completely sure if it's a long time or a short time. The only thing that you know for sure is you haven't had a rest in a little while.

It's as you're about to make camp that you finally stumble upon a plague clan. You watch as dragons mill about, going on with their daily lives. If your presence was noticed, they don't make it known. You're about to ask around for a guide or something when a brown, goopy wildclaw brings a purple and red mirror to your location.

There's something about the mirror that makes you uneasy. Maybe it's the skeletal chimes decorating her wings? Or maybe it's the feeling of dignity she holds herself with. Whatever the reason, you make sure to not let your guard down as she approaches, the wildclaw giving you a lingering look before disappearing.

"I'm Abia," she croons. Her voice is sickeningly sweet, almost as if she were destined to be the leader of a plague clan. "I am the Clan Mother here, and while I'll show you around, I can't promise that I'll stick around for the entire journey. The eggs and hatchlings need to be tended to soon, and I am unsure if Vuroja has made his rounds yet."

She wears her power and leadership with grace, and it isn't hard for you to see why she was chosen to lead the clan. Perched on her shoulder is a plague sprite, who giggles at your every reaction.

"Where would you like to go?"
